Huraah, Hurray!

Hurray!  The government is going to buy all the bad mortage debt!  Now we all get to pay for the stupid mistakes of dumb people and greedy bankers!  The greedy bankers won't have to suffer for their evil manipulations!  You all will, the suffering will be spread out among the people- you'll hardly feel it.

It will cost you, say, the price of a really good birthday present for your wife or children, perhaps an anniversary trip.  Every year for the rest of your life.  Add that to the cost of adventures abroad, pork programs, welfare, etc, etc, and you're broke.

But there need be no hanging after all, because everything's under control.  Whew.

Trouble is, I like hangings when the hangee deserves to stretch, even metaphorical hangings.  It sets the spiritual balance back in order.  Nothing like a banker doing a perp-walk in front of his wife 'n kids to get a party started off right.  RC and Moonpies will be served.

Now I have more important things to do.  Mr. T is back, and he's advertising some shit on the TeeVee.  Good 'ol  Mr. T, back from where ever has-been hack's go, back to sell a video game rip-off.  All is returning to normal.  All is well.
